Very tart tasting beer

Back in Texas with family so it's time to start in on some new Shiner Texas beers. A new IPA for 2022. Only in Texas would they brew a beer with cactus water. Frothy and lasting head. Citrus aroma of orange peel. Hazy sunset yellow color. Flavor dominated by a tart and manageable bitter grapefruit. Towards the finish it recedes into a mellow blood orange. The bitterness continues but not in an oppressive manner. Not bad.
