GREY’S VIEW
Strata, Enigma, Citra & Mosaic hopped West Coast TIPA.
Mmm. It’s plentiful. I get dry baked grapefruit cake, freshly grated lemon peels, hints from dank, pine cones and pine in all actually. It’s clearly a intresting and much deeper piece then what I’m gonna open here.
Mouthfeel is really firm and well postured, keeping it’s form tightly. There’s small room for bubbles to play, but not much. Hops are plenty and they work well. Hop oils are there, yeah.
Aftertaste is still pine forwarded; some -bark, some -rooty being there. Also drybreadiness comes to palate at this point.
OTHER NOTES:
Enjoyably slow piece! Plenty in taste with damn nice bed. Loads of different sort of pines to go with hoppyish bite and being. Intresting piece in all.
