This actually is a brown ale although it looks a lot darker. It’s mainly malty that is nutty with some light caramel and a touch of brown sugar. The coffee, which tastes just a little better than average coffee, is light+ that gives a nice counterbalancing bitterness. Overall it’s pretty well balanced but still leans a bit to the sweet side. Better coffee would help this improve. It still was pretty enjoyable tho.
