Our home state of Massachusetts offers a plethora of local orchards and we'd be remiss to not take advantage of the spoils. Daily Serving: Apple Cider presents a seasonal twist on our lineup of fruited tart offerings. Pouring a warm bronze color, prevalent aromas of bittersweet apple are complemented by subtle, nuanced notes of grilled pineapple, summer melon, baking spices, and a kiss of strawberry. Daily Serving: Apple Cider finishes well-balanced, with a touch of residual sweetness and soft acidity.

GREY’S VIEW
Berliner Weisse w/ Apples & CTZ Hops.
The Daily Serving base is glorious. It can handle and lift some seriously various flavours well up there. This has that fruity tart punch with mango, pineapples with subtle support from apples. It’s clearly on the Berliner Weisse side.
Mouthfeel is quick and a bit swirly. Not acidic, but tiny bubbled and lively. It has morning juice feel to it. Refreshing and somewhat crispy tart.
I wish the end would’ve more to offer; there’s only some sugared fruits and honey, not much else.
OTHER NOTES:
Strong performance from Trillium. Apples are clear although not overwhelmingly infront. Clear part of this series and a great hybrid anyway.
