Imperial Stout au thé fumé. Le côté fumé est un peu trop léger pour moi. Les 10% passent inaperçus, très savoureux. Très sympa ! Il y a pas mal de dépôt quand même... 😅

My god this is good! Smoked malts and Lapsang Souchong tea are a match made in heaven. Having drank this particular tea on a few occasions I recognise it’s distinctive flavours, it marries so well with the deep complex malts, and the bitterness perceived is from both the tea and the smoked malts.
