Kyllä tästä hunajan löytää ja "paahdetun kookoksen". Ns. tuorreen kookoksen makua ei. Tuo paahdettu versio tuo yleensä makuun kitkeryyttä eikä tämäkään tee poikkeusta. Paha sanoa kumman paahteisuus on keulassa, kookoksen vai maltaan. Makeutta toki on ja suutuntuma notkean öljyinen.
