Simcoe & Mosaic hops are both perennial favourites with us in the brewery and we also love a kick of centennial.
You Do You is a big satisfying rush of citrus, pine and being yourself.

Very fruity aroma
Very citrussy and piney flavours develops into a slight bitterness
