Lapland, same bar, different beer 🍻

Raikas, voimakkaan hapan, miellyttävän syvän marjaisa ja riittävän makea sour-olut. Erittäin hyvin onnistunut olut, kesällä ihan Toppen!

Fully turbid, dark pink beer flows from the tap. A white, moussy head grows initially three fingers tall. Retention is long. The withdrawing head paints the glass with messy ornaments and leaves the top adorned by a reasonable haze. Loads of blackberry and raspberry occupy the olfactory provision to a great extent. Is there lactose in the beer? It smells strongly. The taste profile is significantly more sour: I still find blackberry, in a rather generous quantity, a bit of blackcurrant, raspberry and a suggestion of strawberry. Lactose is much less prominent on the tongue. Lactic acid, in turn, is rather evident. The body is thin. The finish is rich in berries, the same cocktail as upfront. The aftertaste meets a bear in a forest and gets scratched by its nail. The mouthfeel is juicy, light, tart and a tad puckering. It's also rich in berries, flavorful, acidic and summery.
