At my son's house on Thanksgiving enjoying a great meal, NFL football, and now a chocolate stout. Going to be a great day. Almost no head. Aroma is chocolate and somehow it is actually the lava chocolate. Not a heavy texture. Flavor is a strong, very deep chocolate. It has a raw cocoa bitter quality that gives it that "lave cake" taste. Finish continues that lava chocolate into a lasting experience. The 8% off alcohol was never present, very well hidden. Love these types of dessert stouts. Excellent.
