In Birmingham visiting Back Forty's expansion brewery. Large facility right on the railroad tracks. Served in a 10 oz snifter glass. Light coffee aroma. Medium texture. Flavor has a deep roasted coffee, light molasses sweetness, ends with mild sharp bitterness. No change as it transitions the finish. Very simple and basic coffee imperial stout. No surprises and definitely hits the mark.
