101 spessu Cashmere humalalla. Raikas, hedelmäinen ja pehmeä.
Toimii omaan suuhun paremmin kuin normi versio 👍

Another hop version of the 101 California Pale Ale. This beer is not lucid like the previous Bravo & Simcoe hopped one, this is semihazy. The color is difficult to compare as I didn't do a horizontal comparison but I'd say that this is a bit paler, like pale copper. Carbonation is lush as a fluffy head grows four fingers tall. Retention is longer. A creamy lacing adorns the surface for long.
The fragrance is much milder here: I pick something fruity that I can't specify in greater detail, as well as a distinct floral note. The malty push is almost hidden here. Interesting how different an olfactory experience the hops can yield!
The taste is significantly less malty and overripe than that of the previous brew. The malty side is even introvert. The fruity medley is composed of grapefruit peel, a bit of lemon pith, faint grass and a drop of resin. Maybe a floral hint looms behind the corner. On one hand, this is easier, on the other, it's also more straightforward.
The body is light. This is clearly different from the Bravo & Simcoe version whose body was bigger. The finish is citrusy and distantly grassy. The aftertaste rides the Californian highway with no changing landscape.
The mouthfeel is light, moderately crisp, zesty, refreshing and considerably more modern than the previous beer. Still not "hazy" in any standards. This would probably work better in a sunny afternoon but this is also somewhat powerless and especially characterless in my opinion.
