Having this Texas beer as a duo with my son-in-law in Houston while watching the Astros play in the World Series. In America, there is a snack called 'Snowball" by Hostess. It's a cream-filled chocolate cake covered with coconut. This is to mimic that quick sugary snack. Dark brown in color, not a heavy texture. Very little head. Aroma is of coconut and sweet chocolate. Flavor is of coconut and cheap chocolate, has a little vanilla on the back end. This brew seems to mimic this inexpensive, mass produced snack pretty well. Not my favorite stout but I think they accomplished what they were shooting for.
