Beaucoup de mousse au service. Très subtil au nez. En bouche une légère amertume pas trop persistante

Riche en houblons, IPA très sympa, un peu plus amère qu'une IPA classique !

Au nez c’est houblonné. On retrouve le houblon au cours de la dégustation. Boisé sur le milieu de bouche. Une finale avec un amertume montante, mais comme dit dans un autre commentaire, "sans anesthésier le palais" ! 🙃😝
