GREY’S VIEW
West Coast IPA w/ HBC 586 & HBC 538.
Indeed. 7.0% ABV. West Coast IPA. First sip is really promising. I get deep feel of freshly cut pine twigs, juicy goings of watermelon, cantaloupe and peach to accompany the sea shore mussel skin in the mix with hints of dry breads and butter too. It’s gorgeous. And develops even more!
Mouth is sticky resinous, easy and low medium bodied. Carbonation is spot on; giving lots of room to actual taste and feel. Still gorgeous stuff.
Aftertaste is growingly brown sugary mixed with citruses, it really isn’t the best one, but it’s also well camouflaged into the main stuff.
OTHER NOTES:
Oomph! Interesting stuff coming to West Coast IPA lovers! So clear and clean in taste with beautiful mouthfeel this rises high in my lists. *nods approbatively*
