This is very sweet but that should be expected. Has a vanilla, marshmallow, chocolate, graham cracker, coconut with hints of coffee taste. The roasted malt is there but very muted by the previous.
Overall it is a pretty good dessert beer. One that improves as you get further in. I don’t think I could drink more than 2 in one sitting tho as it’s pretty sweet.

Sickening sweet! Incredible smell on the nose, you definitely get the feeling of inhaling a Smore; the graham cracker, chocolate and marshmallow notes definitely come through. On the initial sip I was very pleasantly surprised and happy that a brewery that is known for making sours would make such an excellent stout but halfway through I didn’t want it anymore. I know it’s an imperial stout and the majority of those are very sweet but this was too sweet for me to enjoy by itself. If I had counter-balanced that with something savory like a really good steak and potatoes I would have enjoyed it but I just didn’t enjoy this by itself as much as I thought I would

The expected dark brown color. Was poured down the side of the glass so have no head to judge. Aroma brings forth dark chocolate and graham cracker. Flavor brings a creamy milk chocolate and then transitions into graham cracker and crisp dark chocolate. Add some raw bitterness toward the finish and concludes with dark fruit and alcohol. A beer that I would like to enjoy okay.
