After the last two beers and their use of cryo hops this was certainly mellower and tamed in comparison, but not to its detriment. Dank and chewy, there’s an element of smokiness coming through and I think that’s from the hops as opposed to the malt. Not unpleasant, definitely unique. Finishes with slight hop burn, juicy and some bitterness coming through
