Next off we take on a new brewery from Salt Lake City, Colorado. Epic Brewing Company and Double Skull Doppelbock Lager 9.1%. Originally brewed as liquid bread by fasting monks. Looks like to be my 4th doppelbock. Shared the bottle with supper @manfredraitala. Hazelgrouse pasta on the menu. Color is actually brownish. Wheat and banana and loads of it. A bit stable like aroma also but suits the beer quite well. Can't notice the abv here. Good beer with supper.
