Giant Guerrilla Celebration API Treatment, Italy

BEER: Giant Guerrilla Celebration API Treatment BREWERY: Crak Brewery BEER STYLE: NEDIPA COUNTRY: Italy ABV.: 9.5% COLOUR (EBC): Pineapple Juice Yellow (13.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - AROMA: Room filling. Tropical fruits with good amount of crispy lemons. Juicy and mouthwatering. HEAD: Quite tiny. And fast. GREY’S VIEW DDH NEDIPA w/ Simcoe, Mosaic, Galaxy (+ few others that I didn’t find info about). Oh the aroma! So lovely. Taste is quite easy at first; showcasing solid oatbase, malts and sturdy body. Taste has dry lemon candies, dry oats. Although the being is tropical and juicy, the dry hopping together with that API treatment works for me. Feels new approach to familiar tastes. Body is delightful with its tiny bubbles and fully hazy and fresh being. It dries up towards the end, but no way that is too overwhelming. Some blackpepper, dried herbs and mashed cantaloupe in the end. OTHER NOTES: This is somehow just attractive. First I thought it to be weird, but looks like Crak has really just done their research with that API thing and dry hops. Really damn nice, although might be a bit too much to beginners.
