Space Soyez Sauce (Red Wine Barrel Aged - Cocoa Nibs, Raspberries)

Over a year ago, we brewed Space Soyez Sauce with our friends at Zagovor Brewery from Moscow. We then aged it for 12 months in French oak red wine barrels stuffed with Ararat (Armenian brandy) soaked birch staves. This version was additionally condition in the barrel with cocoa nibs and raspberries.
