I took a vacation this past weekend with my fiance to the Chicago area and I have a lot of backlogs. Backlog from June 19th at Mikerphone Brewing. This is one I've wanted to try for a long time. Maple syrup and coffee front and center. Breakfast in a glass. Taste has the perfect blend of coffee, maple syrup and bourbon with oak coming through in the finish. Bitter finish. The body is full and the carbonation is appropriately lower. 4.75/5
