Cloudy, gold beer with fizzy, sustained carbonation builds a snow-white, moussy head that reaches two fingers. The foamy cap melts rushedly to zero. Mediocre lemon zest is the only nuance I find in the scent. Quite weak in my opinion. The taste is rather bland: I'm getting grapefruit pulp, lemon pith, a faint note of salt and wheat malt. The body is rather thin. The finish is unchanged and short-lived. The aftertaste goes to skinny dipping while the tastebuds turn their embarassed faces hastily away. The mouthfeel is thin, a tad effervescent, slightly tart and distantly acidic. I expected more of this though. I forgot to take a picture. This is the second time it happened to me, and it was in this same place. 😅
