Melko perinteinen, mutta hyvää kypsää hedelmää, makeaa ja katkeroa.

A beautiful golden and hazy beer with a good head and pretty lacing👌 Nose has some tangerine, currant leaves and pineapple. Taste starts with zesty tangerine then black currant, danky hop saturation and light pineapple. Nice sweetish and soft grist👌 Some bitterness with grapefruity tones😋 Minimal alcohol and hop burn👍 The mouthfeel is full but not heavy, kind of fluffy with a perfect carbonation. Lips become sticky and sweet😋 I like this one! Mosaic is a way to go single hop thanks to its complexity and the body is nice and light but still holding the beer together. Simpe and quite perfect!👌

BEER: Big Blue BREWERY: Tree House Brewing Co. BEER STYLE: DIPA COUNTRY: USA ABV.: 8.4% COLOUR (EBC): Orange Juice Yellow (15.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - AROMA: Dank, dark berried and juicy. HEAD: Thick and durable. Two to three finger tall. Pretty. GREY’S VIEW Mosaic single hop DIPA. First sip gives a good sense of tiny and bit stingy carbonation, it turns creamy in the next corner. Body is thick, almost full. Looks like hops are used in plenty in this one. I pick forest berries, moist forest bed, crispy and dry hops at first. It has some strawberries and pineapple peels with growing feel of tropical fruits in the end. OTHER NOTES: Nice to have a Tree House beer for a change. Big Blue is solid brew, maybe a bit overwhelming with the dry hops, but solid anyway. Let it breathe a good while before diving in. CANNED 18/5/2021 TASTED 2/7/2021

Tölkitetty 18.5.21. Tuoksussa Mosaic, sitrus, greippi, ananas ja trooppisuus esillä. Suutuntuma keskihiilihappoinen, runsas, pehmeä, kuiva ja dokattava. Tässä on myös hopburnia. Maussa sitrusta, greippiä, humalapellettejä, ananasta ja mandariinia. Jälkimaku kuiva, greippinen, vihreä ja pehmeä. Ihan laadukas Hazy DIPA. Ei mitenkään pankkia räjäytä, mutta hyvin tehty ja toimiva kuivan puoleinen dipa. Tosi hyvä dokabiliteetti dipaksi. Vähän sellaista mehuisaa ja kermaista hulluttelua jäin kaipaamaan.
