This one was surprising in all the right kind of ways. Beautiful hazy, yellow color. Smells of cinnamon first, because they rim the glass, but then you taste the subtle citrus hint of pineapple, and it finishes with the slightest heat of cinnamon. I loved this beer. Very summery and bright.

With my niece at Guadalupe Brewing Company in New Braunfels Texas. Second beer on our second flight. They served this in a sniffer glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar. Should add something to the experience. Excellent presentation. Deep yellow color. Hazy to the point of being opaque. Get the honey ale initially with the pineapple coming in right behind. Strong cinnamon shows in the middle. The finish exposes all three in a well balanced ending. Unusual and very good.
