At the 2021 San Antonio Beer Festival with my son-in-law. At the Guadalupe Brewing tent. I've had this before but it was too good to pass up. Love this beer. Most pecan beers I hardly taste the pecans but not this one. Strong pecan flavor with intense cinnamon, all on top of a chocolate background. Very flavorful and unique.

This is an amazing beer. The aroma is intense fig. The taste is of warm figs soaked in bourbon. Nice smooth finish. Wow! I love this. It reminds me of the figs and cream cheese my grandfather used to eat - but boozy. Yum. Try this!!!!! Modeled by Uncle Ray (a.k.a. Edgeworth)

Guadalupe Brewing with family having a great time trying out another great stout. Wonderful place with wonderful atmosphere. Very creamy texture intense peanut butter flavor with some coffee kicking in toward the end. Sweet, no bitterness whatsoever. Coffee flavore dominates the finish but peanut butter is still enjoyable with it. Excellent stout.

At Guadalupe Brewing in New Braunfels Texas with family having a great time. Trying out some of their new stouts. This place has fabulous atmosphere, outdoor picnic tables and live music. Served in a 5 oz small sniffer glass. Very mild raspberry aroma, chocolate a little more evident. Flavor is predominantly dark bittersweet chocolate, has some raspberry notes following. Very neat drink. Very good beer.

At Whiskey River Ranch with family. Ever since we went to Guadalupe Brewing and they made their special method of serving S'mores beer, we decided we need to try it at home. Had a lot of fun putting it together. Aroma from the caramelized graham cracker and chocolate on the rim and the toasted marshmallows gave it an authentic s'mores smell before even tasting the beer. The Guadalupe Brewing S'mores beer flavor complimented and brought it all together in a combination that's hard to describe. Recommend anybody to try this you won't be sorry.

This one was surprising in all the right kind of ways. Beautiful hazy, yellow color. Smells of cinnamon first, because they rim the glass, but then you taste the subtle citrus hint of pineapple, and it finishes with the slightest heat of cinnamon. I loved this beer. Very summery and bright.

This one tasted just like an espresso. You don’t taste the chocolate base at all. Smells of strong coffee. Tastes of strong coffee. Long bitter finish. Not much of an alcohol taste. But it’s amazing how coffee forward they made this beer! Very fun to taste.
