Very good stout. Creamy. Excellent flavor. Pleasant smell. Try it!

With my niece at Guadalupe Brewing Company in New Braunfels Texas. This is the first stout on a flight of four. Very mild chocolate aroma. Dark brown opaque color. Creamy texture. Definitely hit the German chocolate cake flavor. Same chocolate taste with strong notes of coconut added. Throw in a touch of cocoa bitterness and you have this flavor. Quick and dry finish which was unexpected. Excellent beer, well done.
