This is a Texas beer I brought back, gold medal at the American beer festival 2020. Expecting a lot from this.
Has very little head, deep yellow orange color with just a slight haze. Very little haze for an unfiltered wheat beer. Aroma is mellow and sweet. Soft texture, not quite creamy. Good flavor, flowery and the honey sugar is balanced perfectly. Towards the finish there is a crisp spice, mild and very pleasing. Smooth and gentle finish, excellent wheat beer.
Rare to have a wheat beer that has enough flavor to sip instead of drink.
