BEER: West Coast Thirst BREWERY: Monkish Brewing Co. BEER STYLE: IPA COUNTRY: USA ABV.: 7.0% COLOUR (EBC): Unfiltered Mandarin Orange (18.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - AROMA: Softly fruity and bit white bready. Dry and short. HEAD: - GREY’S VIEW West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic. Tangy first bite is wrapped around crisp and tiny bubbled, light bodied and yet somewhat tasteful being. Taste offers pine needles, mid summery - dry - pine cones, dried bread crumbs, some fruity notes is there, but they’re mostly left under the bitterness. Taste lasts nice and long and it’s nicely slow one to sip this. OTHER NOTES: Decent brew from Monkish. Not that balanced, since it’s propably made to fill even bigger west coast IPA thirst then what I had. CANNED 7/4/2021 TASTED 18/5/2021
