We’re Rauchbier fiends. We wanted to brew a big export stout that filled a room with beech smoke as if we were throwing rashers on the grill like it was going out of fashion. So we did! In 2020. In 2021 we decided to crank this guy up so it's back as an Imperial Stout at a lovely 11%. Yeow.
