We are proud to launch Parallax Project, an exploration of our favorite hop combinations and flaked grains to deliver a luxurious mouthfeel and beautiful hop aroma and flavor. Volume I of this year’s Parallax Project features #twinning, one of our favorite beers from 2020’s portfolio of Hazy DIPAs. This beer features Nelson, Galaxy, and Citra. Pouring a bright golden hay, we get aromas of succulent pineapple, soft peach, and crushed white grape. This beautiful bouquet flows into flavors reminiscent of white gummy bears and lush stone fruit. Delicate carbonation presents these upon a soft and smooth mouthfeel.
