Duo beer with my son-in-law in Houston. Having a Texas beer from 903 Brewers in Sherman Texas. Have enjoyed several good stouts from this brewery. Dark brown color, short dissipating tan head. Boozy aroma with chocolate overtones. Not as heavy texture as I expect from 11%. Alcohol foward, Irish cream definitely present, bitter dark chocolate. Has some sweetness with the alcohol Irish cream but the chocolate is just a raw bitter type. Bitterness not as pronounced as you continue drinking the brew. As it warms up the aroma becomes more Irish cream enhanced. They took their Sasquatch stout and added this Irish cream to it. I think they did it successfully and I hope to have one again.
