Une stout surprenante. Une acidité ressemblant à une sour à l'attaque avec un goût de fruits rouges. Puis le café vient après. Agréablement surpris. Du beau travail et une belle recherche.

Bulle perlante, bien. Un côté chocolat vinaigrée. Des notes de fruits rouges confiturés qui viennent s’ajouter au boisé puissant. Un côté sirupeux. Au premier abord le côté acide aigre balsamique m’a fait grimacer, puis en s’aérant elle devient sympa bien que brut.
