Nez : Fruité léger pêche blanche, fleurs, douceur évoquant un bonbon, trait d'agrumes. Bouche : Houblon citronné, agrumes, un peu fruité, note végétale. Final sec. Aucune amertume. Pas mal, pas mal !

Schönes imperial ipa gebraut ausschließlich mit Simcoe Hopfen. Der Hopfen kommt ganz gut durch, wobei ich mehr erwartet habe. Es könnte noch ein Tick fruchtiger sein. Habs auch vom Hahn probiert.
