In Texas with family experiencing some fantastic and rare release beers. Both quantity and quality being consumed. Small dissipating head. Poured with a thick, dark heavy consistency. Aroma is of tart and sour raspberries and alcohol. Having aged for over a year, I believe the 11.6% alcohol has increased. This whiskey alcohol favor comes at you fast, quickly followed with raspberries and sweet Swiss milk chocolate. As the finish takes over, the alcohol subsides and a soft coffee combines with the ever present, and totally smooth, chocolate and raspberries. Very fortunate to have several outstanding beers tonight. Love visiting Texas.

Having a Monday treat. This has medium+ ripe raspberry and milk chocolate. Has just hints of whiskey and vanilla. Not picking up any coffee. Hides the alcohol very well. Pretty good but have had better barrel stouts.
