Tölkitetty 17.3.2021 ollen nyt päälle 2,5 viikkoista. Tietäen, että tässä on hyvin ristiriitaisen kokemuksen tuovaa sabroa, sitä tuntuu vähän haluamattakin etsivän tätä nauttiessa. Noh, maultaan tutun tipamainen. Paljon hedelmäistä mehuisuutta, johon humalointi tuo reilummin hapanta sitruksista kuivattavuutta, kuivakkaa humalan vihreyttä ja tää muuttaa hedelmäisyyttä ns. tiivisteisen mehuisaksi. En maista sabroa sen isommin, tietty minttuinen viileys jälkimaussa, ehkä osin myös siksi, etten inhoa kyseistä humalaa kuten jotkut. Jälkimaussa myös kivasti pehmeää trooppisuutta. Sabro on mielestäni hyvä lisä silloin, kun sen määrää on rajoitettu, koska hallitsevana se määrää liikaa aromeita. Tipan vahvuus tuntuu, ei maistu alkoholi, katkero reilumpaa mut pysyy aisoissa. Ei tarjoa sitä vau-efektiä, jolla mentäis edemmäksi.

Some tropical fruits, but on and all, really shy. HEAD: Swift. Pretty much nonexistent. GREY’S VIEW Galaxy, Mosaic & Sabro hopped NETIPA. Yeap. Flavours progresses nicely! Really nicely! Firstly the Galaxy brings those sharper elements inform of raw pineapple, grapefruits and sugarbeets. Then the sabro comes along with the Mosaic. They give that small dose of fresh herbs, some grovy florals and lots of drinkability to this. I like that effect. It’s so smooth and stylish in transition. Mouthfeel is light and on the crispy side. Also, there must be some amount of dry hops in this or then the amount of Galaxy is way up there. Carbonation is tad on the sharp side, leveling out quite fast anyway. Aftertaste is a bit mish mash as the hops dances around and tryes to decide who should lead this one. OTHER NOTES: Mmm. Mmm. Sabro is intresting hop.
