At the Whiskey River Ranch in Texas trying a new Texas stout. Por sche with very little head. Almost clear, deep yellow color. Vanilla aroma. Thin and light texture. Vanilla flavor, sweet but has a bit of a sour finish. A little metallic in the finish also. Had high hopes for this beer but the vanilla comes off a little artificial. I'll finish the beer but not really enjoying it.
