Comme une NEIPA des Pays-Bas. Belle robe, belle mousse. C'est très bon, fruité à point. Validé.

I had high hopes for this beer as they’re a small batch brewpub I’ve been following on facepest for quite a while and I’m never thought I’d get to try their beers without visiting Holland. This uses an obscure alternative yeast, cultured for its pairing with juicy hops. The reality was rather a let down. Standard NEIPA with a vinous flavour throughout. No Nelson Sauvin used so not sure where they came from, possibly due to it being quite old, it was brewed 9 months ago. Still, I’d love to get over and try their fresh brews on tap!
