9.0% Imperial Flavoured Stout / Imperial Pastry Stout
Continuing our exploration on the base of our bold American Imperial Stout infused with cold-brew coffee, we are proud to present Cacao PM Dawn. We took our base recipe then slightly dialed back the ratio of cold brew Italian Roast from Barrington Coffee to allow the heavy dose of cacao nibs to balance the beer and perfectly accentuate its flavor profile.

No review this time. Enjoying and watching NHL.
But I gotta say that it gets better with warmth. It has grand feel of hot chocolate and the coffee is deep and roasty. Really lovely evening coffee. Sweetness is pure and exactly how I wished it to be; bit lip gluing, slightly brown sugary and chocolaty.
