Ipa éphémère en collaboration entre boum'R et les bières du donjon. Malt à whisky et levures de crémant. Agréable découverte pour une ipa qui reste en bouche et une robe rubis limite violette.

Hmmm, this is something very different. An experimental red ale with yeast from vine production. The aroma is quite sour, and the taste has similar notes than natural wines do, but with a malty touch of course. Interesting for sure, but not our favorite.
