Pastry Sour brassée en collaboration par les brasseries de l'Est Nepomucen et Sibeeria. On distingue une robe juteuse orangée et opaque, accompagnée d'une légère carbonatation, illustrée ici par une fine mousse blanche. En bouche, on retrouve un ensemble ultra fruité et juteux, dans ce sens, on retrouve bien la purée de mangues, de goyaves et de fruits de la passion avec un petit côté acidulé. Les 8,5% sont complètement cachés par une épaisseur lactée et vitaminée. Délicieuse.

Mukavan mehuinen ja kirpakka pastry sour. Tässä on tyylin elementit ihan hyvin kohdallaan. Tuoksu on hyvin hedelmäinen ja aavistuksen alkoholinen. Makua hallitsee kirpeys mutta hedelmä tulee myös hyvin esiin. Jälkimaku on lähinnä poskissa tuntuvaa happamuutta.

0,5l can from TheBeerChannel beer tulip. Canned 11.12.2020. Hazy yellow beer with orange tint. No foam. Weird sour haystack smell. 🙄🤔 Low, almost no carbonation. All these Polish sours seem to lack a bit on the carbonation.. Mouthfeel is thick and juicy, almost like some pulp in it. Sour fruit sallad taste. Sour and sweet mango, zesty and sour passion fruit. Overripe pineapple and oranges. Sourness is on good level, a tad more would be perfect. Overall taste sweet, and sugar is listed in the ingredients. I'm not exactly sure what guava tastes like, but I believe it's the slightly thick and overly sweet fruit that lingers on the background. Not much to say about the malts, maybe some hay here and there. There is supposed to be some rye malts in this, couldn't tell. Ends with puckering sour passion fruit. Good one. More carbonation with better scent and this would be great. Very similar with all the other passion fruit and mango sours, but something clicks better than with the others.
