Having another 903 Brewery beer with my son-in-law in Houston Texas. This is batch 3. Almost no head. Deep brown opaque color. Flavor is strong alcohol and milk chocolate. Add in the cherry and you get a chocolate covered cherry cordial with alcohol. Finish is continuing with the intense alcohol burn. Flavor is good but the alcohol is not pleasing. Too strong and overpowering. Just does not balance the flavors.
