C’est bon, mais ça fait pas bière. On dirait vraiment un smoothie (ou un sorbet fondu), pas de bulles, pas trop acide (ce qui n’est pas pour me déplaire). Ça a le goût de bonbon. Par contre, on sent pas les 11,5° et ça c’est le mal, je comprends qu’ils ne la servent qu’en 12,5cl ou 25cl.
