My second brew on a long difficult Texas day. Kicking back with a Fort Worth Texas Imperial Stout. Medium size, dark tan head. Almost no aroma. Dark brown opaque color. Thin texture for an imperial stout. Not much carbonation. Flavor is an earthy dark malt. Has a hint of chocolate on the back end. Finish is completely dominated by a robust roasted coffee. Interesting, glad I tried it, but not one I would probably try again. Definitely worth trying once.
