A big stupid 50/50 split with Citra in a DIPA and take home with us for the Christmas dinner. We’ve gone with BBC Citra on this one for a more ‘oily’ low end to compliment that bright passionfruit and pineapple juice that is Strata and assaulted this fermenter with two additions of both varieties and built this to a 24g/L can’t see through the fog haze of a hop soup. It’s absolutely fantastic.

Très sympa cette double IPA qui tient ses promesses avec sa couleur jus d’ananas 😜.
Du houblon et encore du houblon avec en parallèle de belles notes fruitées qui tirent sur le pamplemousse, citron…😁
