A mix of confused flavours leaning towards a sour rather than the toasty mosaic hops I expected to taste. The best way to describe this is 'tangy' and lingering.

Neon Raptor really are the masters of their craft when it comes to NEIPAs, DIPAs & IPAs and they don’t disappoint with this one. Sometimes simplicity is the key and with this beer they’ve let the hop be the star and it’s flavours flood out. I like Mosaic and I love how they’ve used it to make this beer; Juicy fruitiness with tropical fruit flavours; Pineapple mango and oranges. There is a slight bitterness which is welcome after the initial sweetness. This is a smooth and very drinkable beer and I sank all 3 cans in one session. I eagerly await their next beer in this series!

If the Mosaic hop needed a showcase beer, then this is it. Ding dang do, it’s fucking good!!!!! Packed to the rafters with mosaic hop flavours and aromas it is intense, fruity and juicy all in one go. The classic mosaic characteristics are intensified with cryogenic versions giving a big hit of mango, melon and shitty bubblegum, then that dank piney buzz that is so intense it hurts your tongue. It’s like they took it to the edge of hop burn then scaled it back a nano-whiff... 👈new word alert! If we’re talking single hoppage, this has to be the best, right?
