Citra & Riwaka DDH NETIPA.
Ok. Let’s see what Humble Sea can do with Riwaka hop. I’ve seen Riwaka as the next Galaxy, but let’s see this through first.
First go is versatile. Lots of agile lemons and also some malts and grains. Mouthfeel is great. Hazy, grainy and easy. Light body, with pillowy soft carbonation, welcomes you to take another sip quickly. Tastes that I get are smooth and mellow; smashed mango, diced cantaloupe, fresh peach and juicy nectarine. The grainy feel is like shadowing all the other flavours in this one. Aftertaste has some sugars, more sweet fruits with a tiny injection of grapefruit.
OTHER NOTES:
Krilly Madison is II/II part from movie reference beers. Of course to the angriest golfer, Adam Sandler and his movies; Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore. Check them out if you like a good laugh.
Humble Sea proves itself to me rite away! God damn what a work! Smooth and precise work with the flavours. Standing ovations from me!
