Has a citrusy taste that is lemon, grapefruit, lime and light tangerine that is quite tart. Has a very light hop profile that is subdued by the tartness. I’m not a big sour fan but have had a few I’ve liked. Most I don’t & I’m usually soured on them overall (haha). I am finding this one quite enjoyable. I am curious how’d it be with more of a hop profile. I don’t know if that would work though.
