Nice beer, not to be confused with v1 of Cocoa Docus which is around 6% ABV. Funnily, an issue with label printers meant they had to use old labels and slap a sticker on the side with the real ABV. It’s definitely imperial strength as I sniffed the cats arse on the way to the fridge. I normally only do that after 2 beers 🤨 Too sessionable for its strength as it’s quite thin and with carbonation that makes you think it’s of a lesser ABV. It’s all about the chocolate and clearly has a lot of raw chocolate in the mix, with an upfront sweetness that isn’t too prominent and then a long bitter dark chocolate finish. Hints of coffee and roast malt round the beer off nicely.
