Maku on kyllä toooooodella pehmeä ja smoothi. Reilusti mosaicin tuttua makeahkoa mangoisuutta. Kivasti löytyy myös sitruksista raikkautta, niin ei mene liiaksi makean puolelle. Kuivaa humalaa kera greippisyyden, humalakäpyisyyttä sekä snadisti ruohoisuutta. Lopussa vain hiukan kurkkua kuivaava fiilis. Alkoholi täysin piilossa. Kyllä nää vaan yllättää, miten monipuolisen ja maistuvan bissen saa tehtyä yhdellä humalalla. Tämä ainakin näin mosaicin ystävälle toimii erinomaisesti 👌🏼 Ai hitto, olipa mielyttävä sinkkuhumaloitu tipa 🍻

Finally, I'm going to have some Other Half. Thanks very much to the persons responsible!🍻 New beer in Pint Please. Canned on: 26.12.2020 Temperature: +11 C Hazy beer with yellow color. The color looks almost like orange juice. The head is average-sized but with very good retention, leaving behind and thick lace: 4,25/5 The nose is nice with a hefty dose of fresh citrus, dry grassy aromas, and that patent Mosaic berry scent. Very neat single hop: 4,5/5 Mouthfeel is medium with lovely biting bitterness, some alcohol notes, medium-low carbonation...just a tad less alcohol feel (although it isn't that strong even now) and I'd say it's a perfect mouthfeel for Imperial IPA. (in my books this is TIPA but since brewery says IIPA, I'm going with that): 4,5/5 The taste shows the nice qualities of Simcoe: citrus, sweet tropical fruits, mango at least comes to mind, and blueberry like sweet flavor. The aftertaste is only mildly bitter, which is fascinating since in the mouthfeel the bitterness strikes so heavy: 13/15 Really good single-hopped strong IPA! Lots of flavors and force. Maybe doesn't quite match some of the bangers from Trillium or Tree House, but not far behind! I absolutely need to get some more OH! 17/20 =43,25/50
