For the creation of the Gulden Draak Smoked, we go back to the ancient tradition of malt drying: smoking malt. This resulted in a smoked touch of the malt which you afterwards also could find in the beer. This typical smoky taste was lost over the years because the malt drying techniques were made considerably more efficient.

Cette bière est brassée chez Van Steenberge 🍺 10,5% vol. alc. • Aspect 👀 : Robe trouble brune claire avec une fine mousse • Odeur👃: on sent le fumé et les clous de girofles • Goût 👅: légèrement sucrée, elle libère des puissants arômes de fumé. On ne sent pas du tout les 10,5% Résumé : elle est bien faite, on y retourne facilement. - dégustée avec une tarte au fromage de Herve maison
