Spacetime Continuum is an imperial stout blended with 30% barrel-aged Space & Time. The base beer is custom and crafted specifically with a blend in mind to achieve a finished beer that achieves balance and supreme drinkability. The intent is to put forth a beer with all of the lovely characteristics of a purely barrel-aged beer, but without excessive harshness or booziness.
The threads of barreled beer were aged 18 months, lending a soft vanilla, bourbon, and oak character to a rich and pleasing base beer. Spacetime Continuum pours an oily black in the glass and emits flavors and aroma of dark chocolate wafer cookies, bourbon-soaked vanilla, roasted malts, and dried dark fruit.

Partially barrel-aged Imperial Stout.
First sip. It is. Beautiful piece of beer! Deeply roasted dark malts brings good feel of chocolate, darkest of Italian made espressos and some chili with fresh leaves to my babbleing hole. I also get some of the purest minerals and some grainy feel too. Mouthfeel is perfect to me; average thick, rather swift body, with tiny bubbles, which doesn’t do anything else then complete the flavors. Aftertaste is slowly drying, dark maltese with nicely mouthwatering feel to the end.

They just can’t seem to know nothing but the perfection. And they really aren’t any of my favourites, but they always manage to make me smile and enjoy.
